Diamonds Terms

Updated November 3, 2026.

1. Ansible’s internal units

Diamonds are used for available internal Ansible purchases, gifts, transfers and bot interactions. They are not a bank deposit or a promise of financial returns.

2. Top-ups and pricing

Available top-up methods

External payment providers are not currently enabled. This page does not offer purchases through app stores or third-party resellers. When a top-up method becomes available, the amount, price and conditions must be displayed before confirmation. Do not send money to unknown sellers claiming to represent Ansible.

3. Balance and confirmation

Checking the result

The server balance and transaction history determine the transaction result. Check the amount, recipient and item before confirming. If a response is delayed, check history and balance first: a new purchase may create a separate transaction. Keep login codes private.

4. Available actions

Available operations depend on the app, recipient and current service implementation. Transfers and gifts use the supported interfaces. Diamonds are used within Ansible; conversion to external assets and cash withdrawals are not offered. Stars and XTR names in compatible APIs refer to internal Diamonds and do not change these terms.

5. Errors and refunds

Transaction disputes

For an error, retain the transaction ID, time and result description without exposing account secrets. Refunds depend on the transaction type and available mechanism; automatic refunds of every purchase are not promised. Mandatory user rights remain unaffected. Contact the developer for disputes over a third-party bot’s goods.

6. Abuse and updates

Fraud, bypassing restrictions and using other people’s accounts are prohibited. Disputed transactions may be investigated; balance errors are corrected against accounting records. See the Ansible terms. The current version of these terms is published here.
